The human rights situation in Bangladesh was effectively documented when Amnesty International published an important new report: “Caught between fear and repression: Attacks on freedom of expression in Bangladesh.” Amnesty’s publication follows this report from Human Rights Watch on the human rights situation in Bangladesh in 2016.
